A key factor to the design and construction of modern, energy-efficient buildings is optimal thermal protection by airtight and thermal-bridge-free construction. Furthermore, the use of appropriate building materials, as well as suitable heating and ventilation systems are of critical importance.
To this effect, we produce the insulation requirements and the respective energy certificate (Energieeinsparverordung - EnEV and EEwG). In addition, we render our assistance to complete a loan application for a an energy-efficient house (e.g., KfW Development Bank).

Owner of the Old Traditional Villa
We commissioned PROELTA to renovate an old, traditional villa (est. in the 19th century) in Kifissia (an Athens suburb). PROELTA developed an innovative concept that modernized the house, following the latest standards of building technology while preserving the traditional character of the property. PROELTA construction management proved to be very reliable with regards to the progress of the project as well as the cost analysis. We were impressed with the work ethics of both workers and subcontractors that PROELTA cooperated with to deliver the project.
